Please note that a taxi service is available to take you to the apartment with prices starting from EUR 20. Check-in is then possible directly at the apartment instead of at the key collection address. Please contact the property for further information and to verify prices and availability. Please note that for check-in from Monday to Saturday from 12:30 to 20:00, key collection takes place at My Casa, 109 Promenade des Anglais, Nice.

For check-in on Sunday or after 20:00, please go directly to the apartment. A mandatory EUR 20 check-in fee will apply for check-in at the apartment.

Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.

Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5.

Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Cozy loft 2 min walk to train station in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
